Hundreds of people in Iran have been arrested since the protests took place over a year ago.

One of the highest profile cases was the arrest of Iranian journalist Isa Saharkhiz who wrote critically about the results of the disputed 2009 election.

He’s now suing mobile company Nokia Siemens because he alleges he was found with mobile tracking technology that the company sold to the Iranian regime.

And the company who make Blackberry’s are facing a similar ethical dilemma in a few different countries; give over the technology or get out of the market.

I started by speaking to Mehdi, Isa’s son, about how his father was arrested.
