Since when do greenies fight with Aboriginal people?


The stand off in North Queensland between the Wilderness Society, State Government and local Indigenous people over the protection of so-called ‘Wild Rivers’ has been brewing all year.

And for people outside of Cape York, the whole argument is extremely confusing.

Isn’t environmental protection good? Don’t Aboriginal people want to conserve their land?

So Hack’s taking you on a road-trip through the Cape to figure out what this legislation means for people on the ground.
